2d Animator for long-term position

We’re ready to produce:
- An online cartoon series,
- Short social animations to promote the series,
- Animated video content for clients (for social, ads, website)

We’re looking for 1-2 talented animators to help make it all possible.

Specific Skills Required:
- Ability to replicate existing style based on provided working files
- Experience with Toon Boom Harmony
- Cut-out animation style (using rigs/puppets)
- Uses a graphics tablet (for speed and accuracy)
- Ability to work asynchronously with a remote team

There are a few 'levels' to this position, and we're open to recruiting people at any level:
- Level 1: Just lip syncing for otherwise-finished animations
- Level 2: Also doing In-betweens and extremes for animated sequences
- Level 3: Also able to lead animation with less animatic guidance
- Level 4: Also able to produce animatics

Pay Range and Parameters:
Up to $400-1,000 per month depending on workloads, experience, skills, and ability to work well with the team with minimal edits. This is a long-term position with lots to produce in future together. We need someone stable, reliable, eager for a long-term position, and ready to "grow with us" into their dream position.
