Wordpress Expert / Contract work/ Freelance

I need someone who can make custom changes to Wordpress, contract work only. Need to be reliable fast and skilled. Will lead to more work eventually but limited at the moment. Small jobs through to larger jobs, includes server work such as backing up sites, setting up sites and transferring sites. Experience in customising woo-commerce, php, CSS, HTML etc. $4.00 per hour not negotiable, I understand how long this work should take, so will know if you are wasting time. Experience with servers, databases also required.
