Primary Objective:
To assist the buyers with administrative and supportive tasks, so they can spend more time speaking with customers and buying cars (and less time on admin tasks).
Specific Responsibilities:
Contract of sale - verifying & executing, and sending back to the customer.
Paperwork filing & compliance assistance.
Communication with customers via
Communication with 1800 Salvage tea
Lead qualifying - packaging quote
Career Progression Opportunities:
Answering calls and communicating with customers.
Skill & Experience Requirements:
2-3 years verbal customer service experience (minimum).
Experience working with Australian business(es) and customers.
Strong communication, initiative and problem solving skills.
Excellent technology aptitude and skills.
Work Hours:
Weekends 9am to 5pm AND weekday evenings from 4pm to 9pm.
Timezone: GMT+10 / Melbourne time (GMT+11 during daylight savings).
Remuneration:
38,000 PHP per month (17,538.46 PHP per fortnight)
Starting salary, reviewed after initial 3 months based on performance
Based on 40 hour week
