Job Description
We are seeking a video-focused content creator who specializes in editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. You will be responsible for editing engaging video content, scheduling posts, and managing the publishing process on social media.

Your main task will be editing and optimizing videos, ensuring they match platform trends and perform well. In addition, you will handle scheduling posts, writing captions, and engaging with our audience— but no photo editing or graphic design work is required.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
Trim, cut, and enhance videos using text overlays, transitions, animations, sound effects, and background music
Format and optimize videos for each platform’s algorithm (aspect ratios, subtitles, video length)
Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
Write engaging captions that align with our brand’s messaging and tone
Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
Engage with the community through comments, likes, and interactions
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in short-form video editing (portfolio required)
Advanced proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software
Familiarity with YouTube video editing is a plus
Strong storytelling skills and understanding of video engagement techniques
Ability to write compelling captions for social media posts
Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest algorithms
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of pacing, trends, and content flow
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability & Work Conditions

25-30 hours per week, flexible working hours
Work remotely but must document working hours
Own laptop and phone required for social media management

Starting salary: €Upgrade to see actual infoper month for 25-30 hours per week
Performance-based salary increases every 6 months
