Virtual Assistants Needed for Real Estate Business!

I’m a Realtor, real estate investor, and investment trainer in the San Antonio, Texas, USA area, and run several business. I need to hire full-time virtual assistants who:

* can speak and write english well;
* are outgoing, enthusiastic, and positive;
* enjoy taking on responsibility and learning new things;
* won’t disappear when faced with a challenge (Please do your best to learn what you need to in order to complete the assignment, and when you’re stuck, let me know so I can help you!);
* and finally… would like a full-time, long-term job with my company!

IMPORTANT:
The work will need to be performed during your night-shift. I need someone who is available AND ABLE to work 40 hours per week productively during the night (10pm-7am your time, with an hour of breaks mixed in). I also need this to be your ONLY job. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, Monday-Friday job, and you simply won’t be able to excel with it if you’re also trying to perform at a day job. I know it’s tempting to try to fit in a day-job too, but I really need someone who can dedicate themselves to focusing on just this job - getting a full 8 hours of sleep each afternoon before starting work so you can be well-rested and productive during the night.

- Do not apply if you won’t be getting enough rest to be able to produce good work during the night.

Since the only skill I’m requiring is the ability to speak and write english well, I’m offering an initial salary of PHP $12,000 per month (but $10,000 your first month). Your first month will be a probationary period while we get to know each other and I can make sure you’ll be a good fit. If everything is still going well by the end of your first month, you’ll receive the raise to PHP $12,000 per month and I’ll consider you a permanent part of my team. I also understand and will pay you for the 13th month.

I know that beginning a new job for a boss you don’t know yet can be a bit stressful, especially when it’s online and you can’t physically be there in the office. To help alleviate the concern of getting paid, I’m willing to pay you DAILY for your first week so that you can be comfortable. I’ll then begin paying you weekly. However, I WILL NOT pay you in advance of the work, and no loans will be given, so please don’t ask.

I expect that over the course of your first year you’ll learn A LOT about internet marketing and working for a real estate office. As your skills grow and you’re able to handle more tasks for me, your salary will rise as well. I’m looking forward to reviewing your application and to working together for many years! :)
