Role Overview:
You will support the Associate Broker in executing a large-scale outreach campaign targeting DC-area businesses eligible for commercial acquisition grant programs.
Your job is to identify, contact, and prequalify business owners, helping them take the first steps toward securing funding and purchasing commercial property.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and build lists of eligible businesses by industry and location
Send cold outreach
Pre-screen interested businesses using our Grant Readiness Intake Form
Schedule appointments with the Associate Broker via Calendly
Maintain CRM database (GoHighLevel) and update lead statuses daily
Send follow-up
Organize client documents and intake forms for consulting onboarding
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
(Bonus) Familiarity with commercial real estate or small business services
Work Hours:
Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Must be available to work at least 4 hours overlapping U.S. Eastern Time
Compensation:
Starting Salary: PHP 25,000–30,000/month
Performance bonuses available based on number of qualified appointments booked and consulting clients signed

You will report directly to James Sampson, Associate Broker for all day-to-day operations and tasking.
Kristin Sampson, Broker of Record, will be featured in external marketing for brand credibility but will not be involved in daily supervision.
