Details on the position:
You’ll be the backbone of our IT and web infrastructure, making sure our team has the
tools they need while keeping our systems running smoothly and securely. You’re not just
going to provision laptops and manage software licenses; you’re going to build better
processes, optimize our tech stack, and be the go-to person for both IT support and web
development.

What your work week will look like:
? You’ve already got a nice home office setup where you’ll meet daily with our all-
remote team for a quick 15-minute morning huddle
? From there, you'll have a few core duties, such as:
o Managing IT operations, including provisioning and maintaining employee
laptops, mobile devices, and software licensing (Google Workspace,
Microsoft 365, etc.)
o Administering JAMF for managing Apple devices
o Providing internal IT support and troubleshooting for remote employees
o Developing and maintaining PHP-based web applications
o Ensuring website security, performance, and uptime
o Assisting with database management and optimization
o Supporting internal teams with tech solutions, including automation and
integration of existing tools
Job Requirements:
? 5+ years (or professional equivalent) of experience in IT systems administration and web
development
? Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and web development frameworks
? Experience managing IT infrastructure, including networking, software licensing, and
device management
? Familiarity with JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise software
tools
? Track record of efficiency in IT support and systems administration
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
