The Role
We are seeking a talented Junior Google Media Buyer to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation and pay-per-call initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and pay-per-call
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
- Create and optimize landing pages for conversion rate optimization
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align Google Ads strategy with overall business goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features and industry best practices

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and optimizing Google Search & YouTube campaigns
- Drafting and creating new search ads - including headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, snippets etc.
- Conducting thorough keyword research to identify valuable opportunities
- Performing competitor research for YouTube & Display campaigns
- Creating themed ad groups for search campaigns to maximize relevance and quality scores
- Implementing strategic bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Analyzing campaign data to make informed optimization decisions

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads platform
- Demonstrated experience with lead generation or pay-per-call campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Google Ads certification preferred
