We’re hiring a Senior Amazon PPC Strategist—not a task-taker. We want someone who takes ownership, evolves strategy, and raises the standard.

The Role
This is a full-time, long-term, exclusive role.
-- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EDT
-- No side projects or other clients
-- Manage strategy and performance across multiple client accounts
-- Bring solutions, not problems
-- Lead from data and experience
-- Only check in for sign-off—not instructions
-- Be the go-to for strategic insight

Who You Are
-- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience running Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
-- You’ve successfully managed ads across multiple brands or SKUs and understand how to tailor strategies to different catalog types
-- You have a deep understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and how to structure campaigns that drive performance
-- You think beyond tasks—you constantly look for smarter, faster, more effective ways to improve results
-- You are highly detail-oriented—you know small data mistakes can have big consequences
-- You write clearly, concisely, and professionally in English, and you communicate effectively through async tools like Loom, ClickUp, Slack, and WhatsApp
-- You don’t just follow SOPs—you help improve them by spotting gaps and suggesting better processes

What You’ll Do
-- Build and present strategic plans based on data
-- Spot account shifts and propose fixes before they escalate
-- Craft detailed, KPI-aligned monthly plans
-- Send weekly and monthly reports to clients
-- Provide proactive client updates before they ask
-- Lead reporting, analysis, and decision logic
-- Log everything clearly in ClickUp
-- Improve SOPs when needed
-- Keep learning and share new discoveries

-- Campaigns are aligned with strategy, not reaction
-- Client KPIs are met—or you explain clearly why and what’s next
-- You catch issues before they become visible
-- Communication is timely, accurate, and clear
-- Reports are always client-ready and accurate
-- You’re always learning, always improving
-- You never repeat the same mistake twice

First 30 Days – What Success Looks Like
By the end of your first 30 days, you will:
-- Fully take over 4–5 client accounts
-- Propose clear, data-backed strategies
-- Communicate consistently and with confidence
-- Spot opportunities and bottlenecks independently
-- Improve or create at least one SOP or process

If these outcomes are not met by Day 30, we’ll respectfully part ways—no hard feelings.

We will train you on Scale Wave’s tools, systems, and processes—but not how to think strategically. That’s built into who you are.

You’ll be expected to:

-- Be resourceful, accurate, and proactive
-- Own outcomes—not just tasks
-- Communicate like a leader—not a follower

You will also become the standard for our PPC team. The way you show up will shape how we hire and train moving forward.
