JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly-experienced Amazon Marketing & Ads Strategist to join our team full-time, with potential for long-term growth. This role requires someone who can take ownership of key operations across our Amazon business—driving strategic execution, optimizing processes, and helping us scale effectively.

Responsibilities

- Analyze key performance metrics (conversion rates, traffic, organic vs. paid performance) to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
- Optimize product listings—including titles, bullet points, and A+ Content—for maximum SEO and conversion impact.
- Plan and execute product launches, PPC updates, and listing improvements, ensuring timely coordination across teams.
- Manage communication with Amazon Support, resolve listing issues, and maintain strong account health and compliance.
- Lead end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns and content updates across the marketplace.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent branding and high-quality visuals on all product pages.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong background in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Proven success in managing and scaling PPC campaigns with strong ROI.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Airtable for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the supplements or wellness industry is a strong advantage.
