Our brands, including BronzeBites and OptiStacks, are scaling fast and we need a high-level video editor who understands direct response and knows how to create scroll-stopping, high-converting content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s proactive, fast, and strategic. You’ll work alongside our creative director, media buyer, and content team to produce video ads, UGC edits, motion graphics, and everything in between.
What You'll Be Doing
Transform raw footage into polished, high-converting video assets
Edit short-form ads, organic content, and branded video for social media, websites, and paid media
Add music, captions, transitions, animations, and sound effects that align with the platform and target audience
Optimize output for different channels (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reels, etc.)
Participate in team reviews, take feedback seriously, and push the final edit to the next level
Support and contribute to storyboarding and creative concept strategy when given rough footage or content direction
Handle color grading, audio editing, motion graphics, and asset management with care and precision
You Should Have
Proven experience editing direct response ads and performance-based content
Strong portfolio showing short-form social media edits that convert
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools
Ability to create motion graphics and handle animated text, pop-ups, transitions, etc.
Familiarity with trends in TikTok, IG Reels, and Meta ad creatives
Strong organizational skills for managing templates, b-roll, UGC, voiceovers, and audio assets
Great attention to detail and a sense of visual storytelling
Willingness to take ownership of creative feedback loops and iterate until it's right
Bonus if you’ve worked in the supplement, wellness, or DTC space
