Salary: $440/month | Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Remote Position

We are an online entertainment company operating a 24/7 virtual gameroom that provides players with exciting sweepstakes-style casino games. We’re expanding and looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant / Online Cashier who is fast, reliable, and detail-oriented to help support our customer base.

What You'll Do:
Respond to customer messages on Facebook Messenger, online chat, or other platforms

Confirm player deposits and load credits into customer accounts within 3-5 minutes

Track transactions and account activity using Google Sheets

Assist with creating and uploading content such as player announcements or promotional posts

Report suspicious behavior and help enforce player verification rules

What We're Looking For:

Strong written English and customer support communication

Quick on your feet and able to multitask without missing details

Able to stay organized and follow instructions precisely

Familiarity with Facebook, Telegram, Google Sheets, and web tools

Comfortable working night or day shifts (Philippine time) depending on team needs

Bonus: Experience with online gaming, casinos, or handling customer payments
