Work From Home: Full-Time Social Media CSR Healthcare US

Starting Salary: $3.13 per hour + Annual Increase and PTO Increase

Schedule: Shifting Schedule (U.S. EST)

Location: Remote (Permanent Work From Home)

The incumbent will be able to make multi-tasking. Must be fluent in English. A computer literate and can be able to perform tasks using Microsoft Office Applications. Must oversee the company’s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms’ content strategies. Must be able to handle customers in polite and empathetic manner. Must have basic knowledge of health insurances and their rules and policies.


Key Responsibilities & Workflow:

Plan and manage social media platforms by;

o Oversee social media accounts’ design
o Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
o Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
o Continuously identify ways to improve social media platforms and acquire new customers.
o Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company.

• Identify trends and insights.
o Optimize spend and performance based on the insights
o Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
o Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
o DUpgrade to see actual info on appropriate placement of ads.
o Determine what content will reach customers.

• Oversee and participate in content creation of SEO purposes.
o Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
o Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

• Deliberate planning and goal setting
o Use these KPI’s (key performance indicators) to measure your progress.
