JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with decision-makers, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to leverage digital tools for lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in filling the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects and ensuring a steady flow of meetings for business development executives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Prospecting
Utilize company-provided calling data while proactively sourcing additional lead lists.
Gather and maintain key contact details (name, designation, email, phone number, company size, industry, etc.).
Research and identify potential leads in US through various channels.
Cold Outreach (Emails & Calls) & Lead Engagement
Execute cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to engage potential clients.
Implement a structured follow-up process to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Utilize a mix of outreach channels, including LinkedIn messaging, personalized email sequences, and direct calls.
Engage and nurture prospects through consistent communication strategies.
Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) Generation & Meeting Scheduling
Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by identifying prospects who show genuine interest and fit the ideal customer profile.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria through communication and schedule meetings with the sales team.
Ensure calendar alignment and timely confirmations for scheduled meetings.
Handle rescheduling requests and follow-ups as needed to maximize conversion rates.
CRM Management & Reporting
Update and maintain lead records in CRM tool: Freshsales with accurate interaction history
Track and report key metrics, including outreach activities, SQLs generated, and meetings scheduled.
Provide weekly reports on lead quality, response rates, and pipeline status.
Collaboration & Optimization
Work closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
Share insights on prospect feedback, objections, and industry trends to optimize outreach effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to improve lead sourcing and engagement strategies.
