Outreach & Lead Generation VA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced full-time Virtual Assistant specializing in email outreach automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of outreach tools such as We-Connect and Instantly, including the technical aspects of proxy management and IP configuration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create effective outreach sequences.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage email outreach tools (We-Connect, Instantly, and similar platforms) from scratch
Set up and maintain multiple accounts with proper proxy and IP configurations to ensure deliverability
Create and optimize nurturing and follow-up sequences for maximum engagement
Draft outreach content for approval and implement approved campaigns
Thoroughly document all processes, configurations, and workflows
Manage both existing outreach campaigns and build new ones as needed
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability and account management
Maintain organized records of all outreach activities and results
Work with various CRM systems including ClickUp and GoHighLevel
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with email outreach automation tools, particularly We-Connect and Instantly
In-depth understanding of proxy servers, IPs, and email deliverability best practices
Experience configuring and optimizing outreach tools from initial setup
Strong knowledge of nurturing sequences and follow-up strategy development
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in creating clear, comprehensive process documentation
Experience managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
Strong written English communication skills for drafting effective outreach messages
Ability to adapt outreach strategies across different industries
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly ClickUp and GoHighLevel
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in email outreach or similar lead generation activities
Previous experience with LinkedIn automation tools
Understanding of email deliverability factors and how to optimize them
Experience with A/B testing outreach sequences
Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Knowledge of additional CRM platforms and automation tools
Background in sales, marketing, or business development
Experience with data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness

Compensation:
$570 Basic + BONUSES
