Strategic Business & Sponsorship Assistant (Media + Events)

About Us
We run two growing international brands — one focused on global electronic music content (Dance TV), and another on high-end curated nightlife events. We’re actively developing partnerships, media strategy, and sponsorship deals with festivals, brands, and investors — and we need a smart, self-motivated right hand to help support that mission.

Your Role
You’ll support the founder in business planning, sponsorship development, and fundraising strategy. You’ll be responsible for preparing business plans, pitch materials, researching potential partners, and helping manage communication and follow-up systems — so we can move quickly on real opportunities.
This is not a passive VA role. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, understands business models, and wants to grow into a long-term, well-compensated role with real impact.

What You’ll Do
Research potential sponsors, investors, and strategic partners
Identify key decision-makers and build lead databases
Create and update sponsorship and investment pitch decks
Help draft and refine business plans and funding materials
Assist with business and revenue model spreadsheets
Draft cold outreach messages and email follow-ups
Track outreach and follow-up cycles using Google Sheets or CRM tools
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to boost productivity and content quality
Take ownership of parts of the process — and come with ideas

What You Bring
2+ years experience in business planning, outreach, or strategy support roles
Strong written and verbal English (you’ll write professional-level messages and decks)
Excellent with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides (Canva experience is a plus)
Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar
Very organized, proactive, and able to think ahead without waiting for instructions
Solid understanding of business models, fundraising, sponsorship, and brand value
Bonus: Experience in media, entertainment, events, or Web3

Timezone Requirement
We work on Eastern Time (US).
You must be available for at least 4–6 hours of overlap on weekdays. Full overlap is a bonus.

Compensation & Growth
Hours: 25–30 hours/week to start, with the option to grow to full-time
Monthly Rate: $700–$1,000 USD depending on experience
Performance Bonuses:
$500–$2,500+ bonuses for successful investment or major sponsorship deals you help us close
Smaller milestone bonuses for lead cycles, pitch decks, or business deliverables
If you become indispensable, we’ll increase compensation accordingly and grow the role long-term
