Initial Priorities

1. Social Media
• Create and edit content (images, videos, captions) for Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok
• Schedule posts using tools like Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Drive engagement, brand awareness, and traffic to Amazon listings
• Assist with hashtag strategy and content calendar development

2. Branding & Website – Investment Company
• Help develop a visual identity: logo, color palette, tone
• Support setup and editing of a WordPress site and apply SEO
• Help build a high-engagement social strategy for X (Twitter), Bluesky, and LinkedIn
• LinkedIn marketing course provided if needed

3. Amazon FBA – Hypnos
• Conduct product research for new opportunities
• Assist with listing optimization
• Help monitor and support Amazon ad campaigns

Use of AI (Important)

You must be comfortable and excited to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva Magic, or other emerging platforms — not to replace thinking, but to enhance quality and speed.

The right person will:
• Use AI to draft, research, and brainstorm — but always refine and tailor output thoughtfully
• Apply judgment and human oversight to ensure high-quality results
• Be curious about new tools and how to use them to improve workflow and creativity

Other Skills That Are a Plus (or Willing to Learn)
• Canva Pro and basic graphic design
• Trello, Notion, or Google Workspace
• Zapier or other workflow automation tools
• SEO tools (Surfer, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest)
Email marketing platforms (MailerLite, ConvertKit, etc.)

Qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English — especially for professional, error-free captions, posts, and branded messaging
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Fast learner with a growth mindset
• Able to work independently and proactively drive progress
• Comfortable asking questions and checking in when needed
• Experience managing social media or small business pages is a plus

Compensation & Growth

Initial hourly rate will be $2–$4/hour based on experience and skill fit.
That said, we are in start-up mode and the intent is for this to be a long-term, flexible growth position. As the businesses grow and succeed, I believe in rewarding results — including raises, bonuses, and increased responsibilities.
