???? Your Role:
As our Operations & Outreach Specialist, you’ll play a key part in CRM management, email campaigns, lead generation, and event coordination—with a strong focus on Go High Level (GHL).

???? Must-Have Skills:
? Proven Go High Level experience – CRM setup, funnel building, automation, tagging, and pipeline management
? Fluent in written and spoken English
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Experience in email marketing, lead segmentation, and campaign management

???? Key Responsibilities:
Draft and schedule segmented email campaigns using Go High Level
Build and optimize lead generation funnels and follow-up automations
Manage and organize CRM data and pipelines
Conduct outreach to leads in education, youth orgs,, faith based orgs and events
Coordinate logistics and CRM follow-ups for live and virtual events
Maintain websites and Shopify storefront (basic updates, products, forms)
Support branding needs: pitch decks, presentations, and marketing materials

? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Shopify, Canva, or Mailchimp/ConvertKit experience
Familiarity with U.S. education or nonprofit systems
Basic video editing or content repurposing
Design skills for slide decks or one-pagers
Set up tik tok/IG shop ,
Set up etsy store
