Product Lister & Market Research Assistant (Dropshipping / E-commerce)

Who are we?
We are a fast-growing dropshipping company operating multiple Shopify-based e-commerce stores across Europe, generating over €300,000 in monthly revenue.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for talented individuals to join our Product Listing Team and help scale our operations even further.

Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Lister for Shopify who can independently import, optimize, and list products with minimal supervision. You’ll be following our pre-built checklists but should also bring your own experience, initiative, and motivation to the role.

What we expect from you:
Proven experience in product listing or e-commerce (Shopify experience is a must)

Ability to use ChatGPT-4o (with ready prompts) for product descriptions

Familiarity with product sourcing, pricing strategies, and current dropshipping trends

Experience using tools like Poky, or other product-import apps

Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for basic image/video editing

Strong English skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent attention to detail and consistency across listings

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for e-commerce

???? Additional Responsibilities: Market Scraping & Competitor Research
In addition to product listing, you will also assist with Market Scraping and Competitor Research.

You’ll help us identify and track fashion dropshipping competitors by:

Using Meta Ad Library to search for stores based on our curated keyword list

Identifying fashion dropshipping stores vs. real brands (we will provide clear guidelines)

Collecting and organizing competitor page data in Google Sheets

Using Chrome extensions and simple GPT prompts to streamline your research

Training, tools, and detailed checklists will be provided.

This task is repetitive but crucial — we are looking for someone with sharp eyes, patience, and attention to detail.
