Project & Operations Manager - Thailand

We’re looking for a full-time Project & Operations Manager to help execute projects, streamline operations, manage remote teams, and bring structure across all ventures.

Your Responsibilities:

Project Management (first 3–6 months focus):
• Coordinate and launch new businesses or services (e.g. website launches, partnerships, service rollouts)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Source suppliers, freelancers, and agencies
• Track project progress and report updates

Operations Management (as businesses grow):
• Help manage staff, schedules, and task delegation
• Set up SOPs and internal processes for each business
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and daily operations
• Act as my right-hand for communication, follow-ups, and accountability

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (bonus: Thai-speaking or familiar with Thai market)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fast learner and problem solver
• Experience in managing teams or launching businesses/startups
• Tech-savvy: Able to use ClickUp, Trello, Notion, G-Suite, CRMs, etc.
• Available full-time (40 hrs/week) and responsive

• Experience working with tourism, real estate, or hospitality
• Experience managing remote teams
• A strong portfolio or proof of successful project launches
