- Responsibilities:
Create fully animated short videos (primarily for YouTube Shorts)

Handle 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation within Blender

Use After Effects for post-production, VFX, and motion graphics

Collaborate with our editing team to ensure stylistic consistency and meet posting schedules

Deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines

Adapt and optimize workflows for rapid turnaround while maintaining quality

- Requirements:
Proficiency in Blender (animation, modeling, texturing)

Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects

Experience producing fully animated videos from scratch in 2D and 3D

Strong understanding of timing, movement, and storytelling in short-form video

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good communication skills and ability to follow creative direction

Fast turnaround and responsive to feedback

- Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
Experience with Maya or other higher-end rendering tools

Knowledge of cinematic lighting/rendering techniques

Familiarity with YouTube and short-form content trends
