JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a social media guru with a knack for making content pop? Do you dream in funnels and automations, and know GoHighLevel like the back of your hand? If so, we need YOU to join our team!

We’re a sales coaching and consultancy business based in the UK, and we’re looking for a rockstar outsourcer to help us level up our online presence and streamline our systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Creating engaging, scroll-stopping content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Managing and growing our online community with a mix of wit, charm, and strategy.
- Setting up and optimising funnels, automations, and campaigns in GoHighLevel.
- Creating Campaigns, Scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
- Brainstorming creative ways to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage back end CRM functions like creating compelling proposals and maximising what we currently do

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (show us your portfolio!).
- Expert-level skills in GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, campaigns – you name it).
- A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail.
- Someone who can write with a bit of humour and a down-to-earth tone (bonus points if you can make us laugh).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- C2 English
