About Us:
RSTM ECOM GmbH is a fast-growing eCommerce company based in Europe. We build performance-driven online brands and thrive on Direct Response Marketing. We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Video Editor who knows how to cut Meta Ads that CONVERT.
This is not your average video editing gig. We’re looking for someone who understands performance, knows how to craft scroll-stopping hooks, and ideally leverages AI tools to work faster and smarter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Edit short-form Direct Response video ads for Meta
• Take creative briefs and turn them into high-performing ad creatives using the latest techniques.
• Use AI tools (like Descript, RunwayML, Pictory, etc.) to speed up workflows, generate drafts, or enhance production quality.
• Edit with an understanding of hooks, pacing, callouts, social proof, and CTAs that drive performance.
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative team on new ad angles, variations, and A/B test ideas.
• Stay updated on Meta ad trends, UGC styles, and video formats that are working now.
Requirements:
• Proven experience editing Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of Direct Response copywriting and how to apply it visually.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Experience with AI tools that help in scripting, editing, subtitles, or creative enhancement.
• Can work full-time with a reliable setup (strong internet + editing-ready computer).
• Fluent in English and able to follow clear instructions and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Work in CET timezone
Bonus Points If You Have:
• A strong portfolio of Meta Ads (please include links—we WILL ask for proof).
• Experience with motion graphics, subtitles,
• Knowledge of A/B testing, creative iteration, and reading basic ad metrics.
• A creative mindset and interest in conversion psychology.
