Transaction Coordinator & Admin Support Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a fast-paced real estate team based in the U.S. seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator & Admin Support Specialist who is reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

Requirements:

- Experience in transaction coordination or administrative support (real estate preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Highly organized, responsive, and dependable
- Must work U.S. Eastern Time hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST)
- Tools We Use (Experience preferred or willingness to learn):

- DocuSign
- FollowUpBoss (CRM)
- SkySlope
- MLS (experience is a plus)
- eXp Realty platform (a plus)

Responsibilities:

- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
- Handle signatures, timelines, and document preparation
- Keep CRM fully updated
- Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Provide general administrative support (email management, scheduling, data entry)
