Data Migration + Medical Record Organization + GoHighLevel Support (Bonus)

Job Type: Freelance / Project-Based (with potential for ongoing work)
Budget: $500–$1,200 (based on experience and scope)

I’m looking for a detail-oriented and HIPAA-compliant virtual assistant or freelancer to help consolidate and organize medical records from multiple EMRs. This is a one-time project with the potential for recurring work if it’s a great fit.

Responsibilities:
Consolidate patient data from multiple EMR systems (ChiroTouch, ChiroHD, PayDC, eCW, etc.)

Organize and rename PDF records for clear, searchable archive (by last name, DOB, visit date, etc.)

Ensure records meet 7-year retention requirements and are cleanly filed for easy access

(Bonus) Help build reactivation lists based on criteria like "no visit in 6+ months"

(Bonus) Plug patient lists into GoHighLevel and help set up tags, campaigns, or automations

Ideal Candidate:
Experience with EMR systems and basic data migration/file management

Highly organized and fluent in HIPAA-compliant workflows

Comfortable working with Google Drive or Dropbox folder structures

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a huge bonus

Able to communicate progress and flag any irregularities
