Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Participates in formulation and administration of company policies, directing and coordinating to all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range objectives and to meet business and profitability growth.

2. Review and analyze activities, costs, operations and forecasting of data to determine department's or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.

3. Confers with top management, and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals/objectives resulting from current status and conditions.

4.Oversees key projects, processes, performance reports, data and analysis.

5. Oversees operating reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs, prevent delays, and meet future growth analysis.

6. Oversee the status of the construction of each store and ensure that the contractor meets the given set targets.

7.Provides top management with all necessary information and recommendations on how the company can achieve its target.

8. Directs the store management team to attain a high level of performance in their operations.

9. Work to meet all sales targets, plan strategic sales forecast, analyze sales data, and work to expand sales.

10. Evaluate work performance of all store management team.

11. Schedule store visits and conduct meetings.

12. Responsible in hiring, training, mentoring, and motivates current employees to meet departmental goals.

13. Oversee inventory of stocks.

14. Oversee and assist purchasing and admin.

15.Coordination with online portals (Grab, Food Panda)

16. Coordinate online payments (Credit Card, Gcash, Paymaya etc.)

17. Ensure compliance of the company to all legal and mandatory requirements.

18. Recommends procedure or systems to simplify the work process or save on costs.

19. Scout vacant store location for expansion.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of any business related 4 year course.

* With at least 5 years experience in handling operations (F&B)

* Should posses hard and soft skills, including strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with experience in areas like supply chain management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
