Required Skills & Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management

Clean up and manage Shopify stores from setup to daily operations
Optimize store layout and user experience

Website Administration

WordPress experience required
Update and maintain existing WordPress sites
Add and manage internal/external links

Video Production

Edit and optimize video content for multiple platforms


Document Creation

Create marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, and sales collateral
Develop branded templates for consistent business documentation

Social Media Management

Manage business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Create and schedule engaging social media content
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
Track social media metrics and provide performance reports
Implement social media marketing strategies

The ideal candidate should be proficient in:

Shopify platform and e-commerce best practices
WordPress CMS
Video editing software
PDF creation and design tools (Indesign)
Social media management platforms
Digital marketing fundamentals

This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
