Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
• Call leads provided by the team and introduce our real estate services.
• Build rapport with potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to nurture relationships.
• Keep detailed records of conversations and lead status in CRM.
Social Media Management:
• Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms like Instagram,
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online presence.
• Assist with basic content creation (graphics, reels, captions) using tools like Canva.
• Monitor trends and suggest strategies to improve engagement.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cold calling (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and persuasive voice.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
