Executive Integrator / Director of Operations (Virtual)

Reports to: Visionary / Founder
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time Contractor / W2 (based on fit and structure)

Now, we’re looking for a rockstar Integrator / Operations Lead who can keep the engine running, the team aligned, and the visionary in their zone of genius.

Your Mission:

Own execution. Drive accountability. Build and optimize the operational machine.
You are the bridge between vision and reality.
You are the glue that holds the business together while the visionary breaks new ground.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project & Task Management
• Run daily ops in ClickUp / Notion / GHL
• Translate ideas into action plans and deliverables
• Track KPIs, manage task follow-through, and eliminate bottlenecks
• Visionary Translation
• Take voice notes, whiteboards, chaos — and build systems from it
• Design workflows, SOPs, automations, and processes
• Prioritize, filter, and protect the visionary’s time and mental energy
• Team Coordination & Accountability
• Run weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and 1:1s
• Manage cross-functional collaboration
• Own hiring scorecards, onboarding checklists, and delegation frameworks
• Admin + Systems Execution
• Keep ops dashboards clean, clear, and updated
• Manage SOP documentation, task workflows, and operational metrics
• Monitor automation, CRM hygiene, and project deadlines

Required Skills & Tools Mastery:
• Project Management: ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Asana
• CRM & Automation: GoHighLevel, Airtable, Slack, Zapier
• Docs + SOPs: Google Suite, Loom, SOP playbooks
• Communication: Proactive, clear, grounded in accountability
• Bonus: Familiar with real estate, digital marketing, or SaaS environments

Ideal Candidate Profile (Wiring Required)

DISC: High C / High S (structure + follow-through)
Working Genius: Tenacity + Enablement or Discernment
Personality: Calm, direct, organized, emotionally grounded
Experience: 3–5+ years in operations, project management, or online business management (preferably for a visionary founder)
Mindset: Ownership > task taker. Systems > survival. Results > reaction.
