Web Application Developer (Fullstack) for Real Estate Platform 100% job

I am seeking a skilled developer to develop and maintain my real estate web application. The ideal candidate will have experience with JavaScript, Upgrade to see actual info, SQL, PHP, Material Design, and WordPress. You will be responsible for creating together with me the platform. The platform is complex and include many features, such as accounting and template building and so on. The weekly hours are expected to be 40 hours. So the job is a 100% job - no other job allowed next to this. I expect a daily call to discuss the progress and the next tasks, which we address always together.
