Etsy Store Manager (Part-Time) – Golf Gifts Niche | SEO, Image, & Listing Pro Wanted

Hours: 10–20 hours/week to start, potential to grow

???? Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Etsy store manager with strong skills in listing optimization, keyword research, SEO, product image handling, and general e-commerce operations.

Our store specializes in premium, personalized golf gloves and golfer gift sets—products designed to wow golfers and gift-givers alike. This is not a high-volume junk store—we sell unique, high-quality items and need someone who understands the value of strong branding, beautiful imagery, and smart SEO.

????? Tasks Include:
Upload new product images and format listings beautifully

Research and implement high-performing Etsy SEO keywords (title, tags, attributes)

Revise and improve existing listings to maximize visibility and conversions

Assist with occasional customer service replies (pre-sale questions)

Monitor analytics and recommend improvements

Keep the store looking fresh and seasonally relevant (Father’s Day, Holidays, etc.)

Help prepare listings or promotional content for social media if experienced

???? Required Skills:
Experience managing or optimizing Etsy stores

Strong grasp of Etsy SEO, keyword tools, and listing optimization

Photoshop, Canva, or other image editing tools (preferred)

English writing and grammar skills

Initiative and pride in producing high-quality work

Detail-oriented and responsive

???? Bonus if you have experience with:
Shopify, Amazon Handmade, or other e-commerce platforms

Customer service and order tracking

Klaviyo, MailerLite, or any email marketing tools

Pinterest or Instagram posting/scheduling
