We are seeking a talented Long-Form Video Editor to join our creative team and help produce compelling, polished videos. This role requires technical adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

Job Description
Are you a skilled video editor with a passion for storytelling? Can you transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality long-form content for platforms like YouTube, podcasts, and webinars? Responsibilities
- Edit long-form videos, including YouTube content, webinars, interviews, and educational videos.
- Structure content for clarity, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Enhance videos with music, transitions, graphics, and special effects.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure brand consistency and storytelling alignment.
- Stay updated on video editing trends and best practices for long-form content.
- Adhere to strict deadlines (non-negotiable):
First cut due: 8:00 AM EST
Revisions due: 11:00 AM EST
(Monday–Friday availability is mandatory; weekend work is optional for bonuses.)

Requirements
- Proven experience as a long-form video editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for pacing, structure, and audience retention.
- Understanding of social media and YouTube video trends.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable:
- Ability to learn new systems independently with minimal training.
- Must be comfortable with self-learning through Loom videos.
- Experience with Airtable is a plus, but familiarity with Kanban boards and workflow systems is required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback.
- Knowledge of the American real estate market is a plus but not required.
