We're looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant to help grow our brand presence in the real estate photography and media space. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, increasing engagement, and showcasing our work to the high-end Miami real estate market.

? Research trending Instagram content to create engaging Reels, Stories, Carousels & posts

? Use video clips to create trendy, engaging reels & stories using CapCut

? Research trending Instagram content (audios, formats, hooks) and share weekly content ideas for Reels I you can record based on what’s trending

? Select high-quality images from Dropbox to create carousel and single-image posts

? Share Reels and posts in Instagram Stories to boost visibility

? Post 6 days per week to maintain consistency and maximize reach

? Monitor Instagram analytics (engagement, reach, follower growth)

? Provide weekly or monthly performance reports

? Suggest strategic improvements based on performance data

? Create a monthly email newsletter (template provided) featuring real estate photography trends and company updates

? Write captions & hashtags that target my market


???? Ideal Candidate:

???? Deep understanding of Instagram and Reels trends

???? Skilled in mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva)

???? Strong visual eye for aesthetics and layout

???? Excellent written communication skills

???? Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

???? Experience with real estate media marketing is a plus
