We are a fun and fast-growing marketing startup focused on short-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. To help our team work smarter (not harder!), we’re looking for a talented Reddit Account Manager who would further broaden the company's influence in Reddit.

What the role entails:
The Reddit Account Manager & Karma Growth Specialist will be responsible for creating and growing Reddit accounts through karma farming activities. In the Reddit ecosystem, karma is the platform's reputation system - the more upvotes your posts and comments receive, the more karma you accumulate. Accounts with substantial karma are more trusted within communities and have fewer posting restrictions, making them valuable digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

Account Creation & Management:
• Create new Reddit accounts following provided guidelines
• Maintain organized records of account credentials
• Ensure accounts appear authentic and follow natural growth patterns

Karma Building Activities:
• Post content in appropriate subreddits to maximize karma gain
• Comment on trending posts to accumulate comment karma
• Follow proven karma farming strategies provided during training
• Identify and participate in "karma-friendly" subreddits

Quality Assurance:
• Maintain account activity patterns that appear natural and authentic
• Follow all guidance to minimize account suspension risks
• Report any issues with accounts promptly

Qualifications:
• Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
• Ability to stay motivated while performing repetitive tasks
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable time management
• Must own an Apple MacBook
• Basic understanding of social media platforms

Preferred Qualities:
• Experience using Reddit as a platform
• Familiarity with content curation
• Good written English skills
• Ability to adapt to changing platform guidelines

What is Reddit Karma Farming?

Reddit karma farming involves strategic posting and commenting to accumulate "karma" points on the platform. This typically includes:
• Posting popular content in high traffic subreddits
• Commenting early on rising posts
• Participating in easy engagement subreddits
• Reposting previously successful content
• Contributing to discussion threads in popular communities

• Accounts with higher karma have fewer posting restrictions and appear more credible in communities. Our agency utilizes these accounts for various marketing initiatives, making your role essential to our operations.

Training and Support:
• Complete training will be provided - no prior experience with karma farming is necessary.
• You'll receive:
• Step-by-step guidance on effective karma farming techniques
• Regular feedback on your progress
• Access to proven strategies for account growth

Working Schedule:
• 6 days per week
• 8 hours per day

Compensation:
Base Salary: $400-$450 per month
