Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta
Build full-funnel strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue
Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting
Track performance daily and scale winning campaigns with strong ROAS
Use analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio) to drive data-led decisions
Work with a creative team to brief and iterate on scroll-stopping content
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and new ad formats
What You Bring
4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven track record managing 5- to 6-figure monthly budgets with positive ROI
Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with GA4 and attribution tools
Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion tracking
Ability to write high-converting ad copy and understand creative direction
Strong understanding of buyer psychology and audience segmentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both internal and client meetings
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
