About the Role
We’re looking for a vibrant and engaging Lead Officer to join our remote team. This role is all about first impressions—you're the first voice customers hear when they inquire about a measure and quote. You’ll be responsible for calling all new inquiries, understanding their needs, and booking appointments with our sales consultants. You’ll also manage calendars, follow travel direction preferences, and ensure every customer feels confident and well looked after.
Key Responsibilities
Call all incoming inquiries (phone and online) to qualify leads and book in-home consultations.
Understand the customer’s needs—what rooms need furnishing, what problems they’re trying to solve (e.g., too much light, lack of privacy), and what products might suit.
Match leads with the appropriate sales consultant based on location, product type, and availability.
Follow the travel direction strategy to balance sales consultants’ schedules efficiently.
Send appointment confirmations 24 hours in advance.
Take inbound calls from prospective customers and respond to online inquiries promptly.
Keep CRM and scheduling tools up to date with accurate lead and appointment details.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, appointment booking, or sales support roles.
Comfortable using Google Calendar, CRM systems, and call handling tools.
