As our Marketing Web Operations Manager, you will take ownership of our web presence, ensuring it’s always in top shape and optimized for performance. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our Webflow site, tracking marketing efforts with precision, and ensuring a smooth flow of data across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Maintenance & Site Health:
Be the go-to expert for our Webflow site: performance, uptime, responsiveness, and compatibility across devices.
Regularly conduct QA sweeps to ensure every element works flawlessly across browsers and breakpoints.
Keep our design system clean and organized within Webflow (classes, CMS collections, etc.).
Make updates swiftly and efficiently — no messy code, no bottlenecks.
UTM Tracking, Tagging, and Analytics Stack:
Implement and maintain robust UTM tracking conventions, especially for inbound sources like LinkedIn Ads.
Set up and optimize Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring events, triggers, and custom dimensions are flawlessly configured.
Continuously validate performance tracking on HubSpot landing pages and form submissions.
Collaborate with the Growth team to identify and resolve any UTM issues or reporting gaps.
Hotjar & UX Analytics:
Ensure Hotjar is properly integrated across key pages, providing actionable insights for page improvements.
Organize heatmaps, session recordings, and feedback widgets to maximize clarity and usefulness.
Proactively identify user behavior trends and anomalies, suggesting new experimentation ideas.
Technical SEO:
Stay on top of technical SEO health checks, including indexability, sitemaps, schema, redirects, and link health.
Work closely with content and growth teams to ensure that our site structure and on-page elements support organic growth goals.
Identify and fix crawl errors, boost site speed, and stay vigilant about Core Web Vitals.
Integration Audits & Data Flow Quality:
Audit and optimize the health of our integrations between Webflow, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and other tools.
Map out data flows and address gaps, particularly in the transition between ad campaigns and HubSpot leads.
Serve as the safety net — no leads lost, no tracking missed.
Preferred Skills:
3+ years experience in frontend or marketing-focused web development.
Mastery of Webflow (CMS, Interactions, site structure).
Deep experience with GTM, GA4, UTM best practices, and pixel tracking (especially LinkedIn).
Familiarity with HubSpot forms, workflows, and tracking across web experiences.
Hands-on technical SEO skills.
Working knowledge of Hotjar, cookie consent frameworks, and privacy compliance.
Detail-obsessed, self-directed, and calm under pressure.
