About Us:

Roofing AI Systems is a fast-growing company revolutionizing how roofing businesses generate revenue through AI-driven automation, omnichannel marketing, and sales optimization. We are looking for a GHL Technician & Automation Specialist who can help us refine and enhance our automation processes across multiple platforms, including GoHighLevel (GHL), ClickUp, Make (Integromat), and Zapier.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing automation workflows across different platforms to streamline client acquisition, lead nurturing, and backend operations. This is a technical role that requires a deep understanding of CRM automation, API integrations, and workflow optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, triggers, and automations.
-Integrate ClickUp for project management efficiency, creating automated task workflows.
-Utilize Make (Integromat) and Zapier to connect various software tools, ensuring seamless data flow.
-Create custom automations to enhance marketing, lead management, and client communication.
-Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes to improve performance and reduce inefficiencies.
-Provide technical support and documentation for automation processes.
-Stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

-Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including funnel building, workflows, and automation.
-Strong proficiency in Zapier and Make (Integromat) for API integrations.
-Experience with ClickUp automation and project management setup.
-Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation processes across multiple tools.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

Part-time / Contract Position (with potential to grow into a full-time role).
