About the Role:
MAC Enterprise Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Data Entry / Office Assistant to join our remote team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, supporting our fast-paced consulting firm with data accuracy, executive assistance, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain data in the company’s task tracker
Monitor task completion statuses and follow up on outstanding items
Track new client purchases and update internal trackers
Notify appropriate departments when client activities require attention
Assist with document preparation and formatting for executives
Provide general administrative support to the CEO and other executive tea
Help organize and coordinate internal projects and special initiatives
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, admin assistance, or virtual assistant roles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and/or Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Required: English proficiency at C1 or C2 level
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
Ability to work in U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) timezone 8-5 pm
