Work Type: 100% Remote – Work from anywhere!
Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

What You’ll Do:

* Find and attract top talent using various platforms
* Screen applicants to identify the best candidates
* Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
* Sell the opportunity – Engage and persuade candidates to join
* Build relationships and maintain a pipeline of strong talent

* Experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy remote environment
