Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist - Advanced SEO Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives with a focus on advanced SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive traffi c, generate leads, and increase brand visibility in the highly competitive NYC market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on advanced SEO techniques.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
- Implement on-page and off -page SEO tactics, including content optimization, backlink strategy, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Develop and manage a backlink strategy focusing on white-hat methods, acquiring 10-30 backlinks monthly with a 70% organic to 30% paid ratio.
- Regularly document and share backlink acquisition methods to ensure transparency and adherence to white-hat SEO practices.
- Build organic backlinks through directories and citations targeting DR 20-30 sites and paid backlinks from DR 50-80 sites within a $50-$100 budget range.
- Utilize SEO strategies to ensure that each listing generates at least one call daily, scaling to 5-10 calls within 60 days.
- Manage Google My Business (GMB) profi les for all franchise locations, ensuring consistency and optimization for local SEO.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LSA, social media ads) to complement organic eff orts.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, service pages, and social media.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure ROI and campaign eff ectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations.
- Coordinate with franchise owners to align marketing strategies with local market demands.
Qualifications:
- Digital marketing certification or related marketing certifi cation is required.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on advanced SEO.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and increasing web traffic.
- Demonstrated success in managing long-term SEO campaigns that deliver consistent results in competitive industries.
- Profi ciency with specialized SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and advanced SEO methods.
- Experience managing Google Ads, Local Service Ads (LSAs), and social media advertising.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the home services industry (roofi ng, construction, or related fi elds).
- Knowledge of advanced SEO strategies such as schema markup, organic outreach, on-page SEO, off -page SEO, Technical SEO,

- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress)
