We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chat & Customer Support Representative to join our remote team! This is a full-time position where you’ll be handling direct messages, providing friendly customer support, and maintaining ongoing conversations with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Respond to direct messages and user inquiries in a timely, friendly, and helpful manner

Build rapport with users through consistent, high-quality text conversations

Provide basic customer support (account issues, FAQs, general help)

Follow pre-written scripts while adding your own natural tone when needed

Log chats and update team with feedback or notable interactions

Collaborate with team leads to improve quality and performance
