JOB OVERVIEW

The Multimedia Content Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing visually engaging content across multiple platforms and departments, including social media, presentation decks, case study visuals, and more. This role goes beyond design—it involves leading all content creation initiatives company-wide, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting both internal and external projects and events.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design background with proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), video editing tools, and Adobe products, particularly in creating and updating high-impact presentations. They will also manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, drive engagement, increase followers, and ensure our content is optimized for search engines (SEO). This role will collaborate closely with various departments to bring creative concepts to life and support all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design engaging social media graphics and videos for blog posts, success stories, case studies, and other content for our marketing department.
-Collaborate with our client success and sales team to create and update presentation decks and other visual assets for internal and client use.
-Collaborate with departments to bring creative concepts to life as needed and ensure brand consistency and alignment in all designs.
-Collaborate with our training department on creating engaging and effective training materials
-Publish and manage visually designed content on various platforms daily.
-Manage and drive engagement through all of our social media apps. (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
-Work closely with public relations to bring creative concepts to life as needed.
-Collaborate with our HR team to create video testimonials, engagement posts, training content, celebrations, and graphics for special events like trade shows, and anniversary parties, among other initiatives.

Requirements:
-4+ years of proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
-3+ years of video editing experience
-Familiarity with AI tools and the latest technologies
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Adobe products, with an emphasis on creating visually appealing video and image content.
-Strong understanding of social media visual trends and best practices.
-Experience with content management and posting on social media platforms like LinkedIn, IG, Facebook, and TikTok.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of SEO and community management
-Familiarity with content management platforms and design tools like Adobe Suite.

Certifications:
-Adobe Certified Professional – Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred not required)
-Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) – Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
-Digital Marketing Certifications (This is a huge plus!)
