Role Overview:
- Focus on financial modeling, forecasting, and analyzing investment metrics (cash flow, ROI) to support property acquisitions and developments
- Monitor asset performance and prepare financial reports
- Assist in due diligence to ensure informed, structured financial decisions

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate investment, or similar discipline
- Degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Ability to assess complex financial data with precision
- Strong English communication skills
- Familiarity with financial software or real estate tools is a plus.
