Image Editing & Layout Designer (Full-Time)

Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Rate: $3/hour
Location: Remote

Description:
We are looking for a creative, consistent virtual assistant to help us build fun cartoon-style image inserts for our personalized outreach campaigns. You’ll be cutting out LinkedIn profile photos, placing them onto character templates, and adding dialogue text provided by the team.

Responsibilities:

Download and crop headshots of 2–3 people per lead from LinkedIn

Remove backgrounds using remove.bg, Photoshop, or Canva

Insert heads into pre-designed cartoon-style layouts

Place dialogue text under the correct person (matching name to face)

Export final design to PDF and upload to Google Sheets tracking folder

Maintain consistent formatting and visual quality

Requirements:

Strong English comprehension (dialogue and names must match correctly)

Canva Pro or Photoshop editing skills

Great eye for visual layout, balance, and clean design

Organized file handling and ability to follow consistent naming formats

Reliable, high-speed internet connection

Compensation and Growth:

$3/hour full-time

Raise available after 90 days of excellent performance
