JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing home services company seeking a reliable and confident Sales Manager – Dispatcher to join our remote team. Your role includes answering calls, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments, and coordinating technician dispatching.

This position is fully remote, with fixed working hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone (GMT-4). Fluency in English (both verbal and audio comprehension) is mandatory, and a neutral or light accent is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and service inquiries from customers.

Enter job details into CRM systems (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Workiz).

Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location and availability.

Provide friendly, informative customer support and soft sales.

Ensure all communications and updates are logged accurately.

Requirements:
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation (voice sample may be required).

Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or phone sales.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Workiz).

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Own PC/laptop, headset with microphone, and stable high-speed internet.

Availability to work in Eastern Time Zone (GMT-4).

Ability to receive payment in cryptocurrency.
