I’m an entrepreneur managing multiple fast-growing brands in hospitality, food, entertainment, cannabis/holistic wellness, and lifestyle — and I’m looking for a multi-talented Social Media & Content Creator who can manage content strategy, visual creation, video editing, engagement, AND paid ads across my personal and client brands.
This is a revenue-focused creative role — not just about making things look good, but about driving results. You’ll plan the content, create the visuals, write the captions, edit the videos, run ads, monitor performance, and collaborate on launches that move the needle.
The brands you’ll support are visually rich, culturally rooted, and emotionally driven. You must understand design, storytelling, brand tone, and social media psychology — and know how to turn that into real clicks, bookings, and sales.
???? GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
Plan, create, and manage content calendars for IG, FB, TikTok
Design social graphics in Canva/Photoshop (posts, carousels, flyers, menus, templates, merch)
Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Write captions that are engaging, branded, and never generic
Blog writing for websites (SEO-friendly, conversational tone, 500–1,000 words)
Organize and repurpose visual assets from internal archives (“media mining”)
Repurpose content from shows, performers, food, venues, or brand
Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and possibly YouTube
Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creative, or copy as needed
Track performance across organic and paid content
Research current social and creative trends (hooks, reels, sounds, hashtags)
Engage with community DMs/comments in brand voice (as needed)
Collaborate with the Executive VA and team on launches, promos, and special campaigns
Suggest creative and strategic improvements to help content generate revenue
NOTE: AI tools may be used for drafting or ideas, but I expect content to be refined, human, strategic, and brand-specific. I’m hiring for creativity, execution, and results — not surface-level output.

Canva (Pro level), Photoshop, or Adobe Suite
CapCut, VN, or strong short-form video editing tool
Paid ad setup/management via Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, or similar
Excellent written English (for both captions and blog posts)
Trend fluency (hooks, formats, styles, music, aesthetics)
Clear design sense (color, layout, composition)
Familiarity with project tools like Asana, Slack/WhatsApp, and Google Drive
Organized and self-directed with the ability to work across multiple brands

Flexible schedule, but must be responsive to content + campaign deadlines
Weekly check-ins with team and Executive VA
Must provide ongoing updates on ad performance and creative testing
