We’re not looking for a recruiter to spam cold outreach all day. We’re looking for someone who can manage and nurture a pipeline of exceptional candidates already in play—think ex-FAANG engineers, startup founders, and unicorn-level operators.

Your job?
???? Be the glue between great candidates and high-quality roles.
???? Ensure every candidate receives VIP treatment from first call to final offer.
???? Keep everything moving with calm, organized, high-touch execution.

???? What You’ll Own – Full-Cycle, Candidate-Centered Recruitment:
• Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain meaningful, ongoing relationships with candidates. Learn their goals, coach them through interview processes, and act as their strategic advisor.
• Pipeline Stewardship:
You’ll work across a pool of warm, qualified candidates. Your job is to keep the pipeline clean, active, and moving—ensuring no opportunity or person falls through the cracks.
• Interview Prep & Coordination:
Guide candidates through technical and cultural interviews. Help them understand company needs, tailor their approach, and feel confident.
• Closing & Offer Support:
Be the point person for candidates as they receive offers and weigh decisions. Support negotiations, manage expectations, and help them land the right role.
• Internal Communication & Tracking:
Use tools like Notion, Airtable, or yo of choice to update the team and track every candidate’s journey in detail.

You’ve used Airtable, Notion, or similar tools like—or you can pick them up fast. You keep clean records, follow structured processes, and improve systems as you go.

? Requirements:
• Based in the Philippines, with strong overlap to U.S. working hours.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting (preferably for engineering or IT roles in the U.S. market).
• High-speed internet, a reliable laptop, and a quiet work setup.
• Available to start within 1–2 weeks.
