We are launching a business that resells Go High-Level software bundled with a trained Virtual Assistant (VA) as a done-for-you service for small businesses. Our goal is to provide businesses with a ready-to-go CRM, automations, and a dedicated VA—under one flat monthly fee.
We already have a Go High-Level builder on our team to handle the technical setup. Now we’re looking for a strategic consultant who can guide us step-by-step through the business launch, help us structure and deliver our offer, and train/manage our VAs (primarily based in the Philippines) to support client accounts.
This is NOT a technical GHL build role. We need a strategic partner who understands this model, has helped launch similar GHL + VA service-based businesses, and can help us do it right from day one.

What You’ll Help With:
Structuring and refining our offer (SaaS + VA support bundle)
Developing our onboarding process and client success workflow
Mapping out the roles and responsibilities of our VAs
Creating SOPs and client task lists for our VAs to follow
Helping us train and manage our Philippine-based VAs
Advising on pricing models, retention strategies, and service delivery
Serving as a strategic advisor as we launch and scale

You’re a Good Fit If You:
Have experience launching Go High-Level-based businesses or white-labeled SaaS models
Understand how to package software + service into a productized offer
Have trained or managed VAs (especially in the Philippines)
Can think both big picture (strategy) and small details (SOPs, delegation)
Communicate clearly and are organized, responsive, and solution-focused

Project Scope:
Initial 30-90 day engagement to help us launch, with the option for ongoing consulting
Hours & Rate:
Open to hourly or flat-rate based on experience and scope
Preferred:
Experience with service-based industries (coaching, real estate, local businesses, etc.)
Knowledge of VA staffing or operations is a plus
