Project Manager – Solar Installations

Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for clean energy? We're a fast-growing solar installation company looking for a Project Manager to help drive our residential and commercial solar projects forward. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love working with people, this role is for you!

What You'll Do
-Coordinate and manage both homeowners and installers to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish

-Review and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for system designs and permit submissions

-Dispatch and schedule installations, site visits, and inspections with homeowners

-Oversee logistics and material planning to ensure installers are equipped and projects stay on track

-Communicate clearly and consistently across internal teams

-Offer technical support

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally in solar or construction

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Clear and professional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

-Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment

-Familiarity with permitting processes and/or working with utility companies is a big asset

-Experience with filing out and submitting solar net metering/building permit applications is a strong plus!

-A strong understanding of SLDs and residential solar systems is a plus
